St Paul, MN, providing individuals and small businesses in MN and WI with a full range of insurance and financial programs,
including life, health, annuities and group benefits.
Our Customers
We provide our insurance and financial products to the self-employed, individuals, families, dependants only,
students, foreign travelers and, of course, small groups (2-50 employees).
Principal
Hal Blair, founder and president of CIS, Inc. has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services
industry. A University of St Thomas graduate, Hal is past chairman and president of the Twin Cities Association of Financial
Planners and a past member of the St Paul Life Underwriters Association Board of Directors.
